As a small business owner, I know what it's like to face uncertainty, specially in the barber industry. Recently I talked with a couple of my fellow barbers and many of my clients, I've come to the conclusion that, our industry is in need of a serious face lift. What can be done to change the current state of one the oldest occupation known to man? I've studied this question for many years, and I've yet to come up with the perfect solution. That's not going to stop me from suggesting the following. |
